Please join me in welcoming our newest member firm, Transformation Group, LLC., and Dr. Heather Williamson, President.

Transformation Group, LLC specializes in performance management and organization development to facilitate growth and performance with in a firm. For the past two years, Heather and her team have worked with a diverse array of clients across multiple industries in an effort to provide the highest quality executive coaching, strategic planning, managerial and sales development, and team leadership strategies.

Dr. Williamson earned her Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007. She holds a master of science in psychology and a bachelor of science in psychology from the same university. She is married with one son and lives in Powhatan.
